After: Master Bedroom
Part 1 of this makeover can be found on my blog: http://demorestdesign.blogspot.com/2013/08/a-sentimental-challenge-family-room-and.html
I finished this home right before we left Indiana. I actually went to my client's house the day before we left town. Crazy, Right? I enjoy getting to know my clients and have realized over the years that God has brought the right clients into my life at the right time. This client really encouraged me through the challenges that come with moving as her family has moved several times throughout the years. It has been amazing to work with her and to learn from her as well as to work in her home. |

Kitchen "Up Do" |
Before: Kitchen Nook
This kitchen nook desperately needed a makeover. We lightened the paint color and removed the buffet table in front of the window. We then removed the ceiling fan and dropped a pendant lamp over the table. We painted the hunter green chairs chocolate and recovered the seat cushions. This quick makeover was completed with custom valances made by the talented Gwyn Diller from a table cloth that I found at Pottery Barn.

After: We updated the chairs by changing the fabric and painting the green a chocolate brown. Simple yet such a huge difference. |
